Hey everyone, I'm back with another weekly blog! I hope you had an amazing Thanksgiving with all your friends and family! For everyone who is new to my weekly blogs, the last few blogs have been about my trip to sin city Las Vegas this last September. (If you are interested in reading those please scroll down.) After I got back from my trip I had another opportunity a couple weeks later to take a day trip back to Vegas with my mom for a travel conference. Now, for this trip, we drove the five hours to Vegas instead of flying and I must say the drive between Phoenix and Vegas is a beautiful drive through the mountains. During the daytime, we saw so many beautiful sites. Once we finished with the conference mom and I decided to stop back by the Hoover Dam. Now I know I had seen the Hoover Dam when I had been in Vegas before but we actually took some time to walk up onto the new bridge overlooking the Hoover Dam. I'll tell you, it is pretty high up. But the view of the dam is so amazing. I caution all who are afraid of heights.... DON'T LOOK DOWN! Also, don't wear hats. The Hoover Dam park has many different scenic spots so you can have different views of the Lake and Dam. There was this one spot that is a little off the grid that is a perfect sunset view of Lake Mead that took my breath away. I drove apart of the way home. Driving at night time through the mountains is not always a fun time. So I recommend everyone to avoid that if they can. I also advise avoiding rude Breaky Butts! Thank you all for reading this weeks blog. I will be here next week with another. If you enjoy this Friday blog series please LIKE and SHARE. If you have any topics you'd like me to write about please leave me a comment. I don't have as many pictures this time buuuut here are some pictures!
