Hey all, happy flash back Friday!
Lauren here for another Blog happy Friday! As I said last week we will be talking about the second day of my trip in Vegas. I honestly have to say I think out of the four days I spent in Vegas this day was probably my favorite night. It was a very long day, but worth it!

Now this day we did a lot, so here is a list of all the restaurants we ate at and a brief description of what I thought.
  • Jimmy Buffett’s Margaritaville-Breakfast: I had a Crab and Cheese Omelet, it was delicious.
  • Hard Rock Café Strip-Lunch: I had a Caesar Salad, it was very refreshing.
  •  Bali Hai Golf Course and Cili Restaurant-Drinks and Dessert: drinks were good, very relaxing.
  • Virgil's Real BBQ-Dinner: Served family style we had many options, food was delicious, my favorite food stop in Vegas.

This is the golf course, I didn't get a picture of the desserts or drinks. Very relaxing though!

Here is a list of the different business we stopped at,
  • Drive Thru Chapel-Interesting concept. I don't think I would do this.
  • Renta-Dress and Tux-I love the concept of this. Great for out of town-ers needing a fabulous outfit.
  • Viva Las Vegas Wedding Chapel- This chapel is fantastic and a well known place for celebrity weddings. Also has helped me realize my dream wedding must have me brought down the aisle in a bright pink convertible!
  • Legends Ranch- This stop really reminded me of a Wild West feel. Great for parties or events.

I  know I didn't really elaborate on the above activities I just really didn't want to bore y'all with my ramblings about the less exciting stuff. If you have any questions about what I featured above feel free to send me an email, I would be more than happy to answer any questions you may have.

Okay so enough about that let's get into the fun stuff! After lunch, our carriage (the van) was awaiting us to sweep us off toooooooo, The Range 702! Okay, so I have always been around guns in some way shape or form. From growing up around hunting to practicing with our own handguns at Gander Mountain.  So, I understand the safety rules of guns as well as the adrenaline rush you get when shooting them, of course only in a safe environment where no one will get hurt.  I was really excited to go shooting, although I thought we'd be shooting a handgun or something normal... NOPE, they inform us we will be shooting two types of guns a MP4 and a MP5. These are fully automatic machine rifles. IT WAS SOOO COOL OH MY GOSH. I am proud to admit I was the first to shoot and it was such an adrenaline rush and I enjoyed it so much. Most of the people in my group were not as thrilled as I was and were actually pretty scared of the weapons, which I understand, luckily I have been raised around them so I can appreciate them and also know when it's time to give them back to someone who is much better trained with them.
I am very proud of how well I did, the picture below was my 50 rounds between the two guns. I think for someone who has never shot a fully automatic weapon before I did pretty well! The lady in the photo was our guide who explained the rules and talked about the company. She was really nice and informative as well as the two gentlemen who helped us in the range while we were shooting. Great experience, very very loud due to being inside a concrete building.

As you can see we had quite a busy day. Now, most people would be like hmm you did a lot, you walked at least 8 miles today, you are carrying a bunch of bags from all these places, it's already 10 pm, it's getting late, you've been up since 6 am, and it's time to go to bed. Not in sin city, it's not!!!! Our carriage carried us to the Hard Rock Hotel to see my favorite part of the whole trip, the live show of Magic Mike! We grab our tickets, get in line, and find our seats. I was sitting in the first set of tables right in front of the stage. Now there was a couch right in front but I would say we had the best seats because we still were touchable close and we had a place to set our drinks. Speaking of drinks, I had this gorgeous young waiter come up and ask for my drink order and I'm like heck yes I want a drink. Well, I ordered this very fancy drink that had rock candy in it. The show had a special going were if you bought a single it was $24 but if you bought a triple it would only be $35. Now to me, the triple sounds like a better deal because heaven knows I would be buying another single drink for $24 so I order this fancy triple drink with candy in it. The drink tasted very good, I'm pretty sure there was no alcohol in it though.... which was very upsetting. I would recommend drinking before you go because that's a lot of money to spend on a drink that has no alcohol. So we are sipping on our tasty drinks and then the lights start to dim and girls start to scream, and the show starts. I'm telling you it was probably one of the best shows I've seen. The live show is way better than the movie. About five minutes into the show I have this very handsome cowboy come up to me pull my chair back and start giving me a lap dance!!! I was like whoaaa. Just thinking about.... ANYWAYS the show was amazing. The plot worked well. The dancing was fantastic. Now I do want to say, although yes technically it is a strip show the dancers kept their clothes on for most of the show and the farthest they went was their boxer briefs, so for those who feel uncomfortable with nudity it is not that bad.  For anyone wanting to do a fun night out, a bachelorette/bachelor party I would highly recommend this show.

I would say overall my second day in was a hit! Tune in next week for my most adrenaline filled day of the trip, day number three. Now, here are some more photos! Have a  great weekend!

It seems that you've had a ton of fun on your visit to Las Vegas. I've always wanted to spend my holidays at this place. It's quite unfortunate that I don't have the resources and luxury to back up my dreams. However, I've been saving some money, so that I can travel around the world some day. I hope that I can visit Las Vegas in the future and be the one to share some stories afterwards.

Hello, I did really enjoy my experience in Las Vegas and I really do think everyone should go at least once their life. I do understand how finances and resources can be a pain but if you ever do decide to travel we can find some great options for you so maybe you won't have to spend as much as you think. And keep in mind you don't have to spend a fortune to have fun, even in Las Vegas.

I hope you enjoy my blogs, I post them weekly!

Thank you,
