Hey everyone, happy Friday! I'm back for another weekly blog! Do you remember in a previous blog when I talked about how I have a tendency of being late for things? Well, this day I was definitely late for breakfast, 7 am is way to early to get up when you were up until 3 am. But nonetheless I made it in time to eat a little something before we started our big adventure for the day! I'm going to start with a list of the places we ate and stopped at before we get into the fun stuff. Places we stopped to eat: Breakfast-Aquarius Casino Resort: It was buffet style, the little food I got was very good. Lunch-Tropicana Laughlin: We had a big salad it was okay. This hotel was absolutely beautiful. Dinner-I ate in an amazing exclusive Airport lounge. Places we stopped to see: Laughlin Ranch Golf Club-This place was amazing I would totally come here for a spa day. We stopped at this old school town called Oatman in Arizona. It is a 1900 historic gold and silver mining town where wild donkeys run free. I'm serious donkeys walk all along the streets, it's pretty cool. Due to me living in Arizona I am planning to go back to this town because unfortunately we did not get to spend to much time here. I would recommend spending 3 to 4 hours here so you have time to see all the cute little shops and talk with the locals. It really is a cool spot and worth the visit. The other really fun activity we did this day was, we went on the Riverside Resort cruise along the Colorado River. The ship we rode on is called the USS Riverside, and they offer daily narrated trips under the Laughlin Bridge and the Bullhead City Bridge all the way to the Davis Dam. They sell snacks and beverages although they did not have my Red Bull, but that's okay the Sprite I got worked just fine. This cruise was absolutely beautiful and so very relaxing. I got so many beautiful photos and it was really nice just getting to sit and watch us move along the river. We went back to Vegas this day to get our flights home. I had an evening flight and when we got to the airport from Laughlin I had some time to kill. On the trip there was a really nice guy who lives in Phoenix as well who had an earlier flight but also had some time to kill so he invited me to go to this Capitol One exclusive travel lounge he's a member of. If you ever get the chance to hang out in a travel lounge I highly recommend it. I hung out there until my flight. It was so freaking cool. Unlimited drinks and food. Comfy couches, Wi-Fi, and plug ins for your electronics it was a blast. Once it was time to get on my flight home I went to the Southwest Terminal and waited for my number to be called. Our flight was delayed due to some sort of drama from the flight before mine but once we were able to board I picked my window seat and watched the sparkling lights from the cities below. This trip was so much fun, it was my first time to Las Vegas and I have to say the activities are memories I will never forget. I know many people who love this city very very much and I find it fascinating as well but I'm not so sure I would go to Vegas personally as a vacation because I am not a gambler and most of the activities I would be interested in are really expensive. I am super grateful for the opportunity though and I enjoyed the experience greatly, it's just my personal opinion. I really hope you all enjoyed my Las Vegas blog series. I will be back next week with a new blog talking bout Hoover Dam when I went back and spent a little more time there. If you have any topics you would like to have me write about please send me an email or message I would love some ideas. Now here are some more pictures!
